Service 01

Dispensing Systems

Precision dispensing cells for adhesives, urethanes, potting compounds, and sealants. Single- and multi-head, servo-positioned, with shot-size repeatability you can hold a spec to.

Filtration products live or die on their seals. We build dispensing cells around the specific material, geometry, and cycle time of the part: the right pump, the right nozzle path, and motion tuned so the bead looks the same on shot one and shot ten thousand.

Every cell is programmed, run with your material, and dialed in here before it ships.

Service 02

Carousel & Indexing Cells

Rotary and inline indexing platforms that bring the part to the process: load, dispense, cure, inspect, unload, with servo indexing instead of fixed cams.

A servo carousel gives you dwell times and station counts you can change in software, not with new cams. We build the frame, machine the nests, wire the panel, and program the sequence, then run it at rate on our floor.

Service 03

Material Handling

Pick-and-place, conveyance, stacking, and transfer systems that move filter media and components between processes without damage or hand labor.

Filter media is light, floppy, and easy to crush. Our handling systems are designed around how the product actually behaves, with gentle end-effectors, controlled accelerations, and sensing that confirms a part is where it should be before the next move.

Service 04

Pumping Systems

Engineered pumping and fluid delivery for process materials and test fluids: metered, monitored, and built to run unattended.

Whether it is feeding a dispensing head or circulating test fluid through a filter under controlled flow, a pumping system has to be stable and repeatable. We size, build, instrument, and program the full loop so the numbers on the HMI mean something.

Service 05

Servo Motion Control

Multi-axis servo systems, from a single retrofit axis to a fully coordinated 10-axis cell, programmed on Yaskawa, Trio, Allen-Bradley, or Siemens.

Motion control is the core of everything we build. We program it ourselves, in-house, and we tune it on real hardware. That means fewer surprises at startup and a machine you can actually maintain.
